During an in-home estimate, a Move Coordinator will visit your home and estimate the weight and size of all of your belongings that you will be moving. Your Move Coordinator will also discuss move details such as dates, packing services, etc., and address any questions you may have. At the end of the visit, your consultant will draft a customized written estimate for your review.
Yes. We offer 24-hour secured storage facilities. Please advise your Move Coordinator of any storage needs when booking your move.
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured with the maximum insurance required by the Department of Transportation.
Our goal is to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our customers. We accept certified checks, cash and postal money orders. We also accept Visa and Mastercard with a processing fee.
You may contact your move coordinator at any time throughout your move process. Your move coordinator can assist with delivery dates, additional moving services (packing, unpacking, arrival times, etc.) and any questions you may have about the process. If you ever need to add or subtract items from your move or change your move date, your move coordinator can assist with updates. Keep his/her phone number handy throughout the entire move process.
